How To Order
  1. Place your order through the wholesale portal – minimum order is 150 3-Packs at your wholesale discount rate.
  2. Receive your art template – once your order is confirmed, Tara will send you the FireCard Art Template file so you can design your front-side artwork.
  3. Submit your design – email your completed artwork to Tara and we'll get your Custom Brand FireCards™ into production.
  4. Pay for your FireCards™ – Tara will send an invoice for your entire order, including the FireCards™

Things To Note

  • Lead time is 30–60 days from artwork submission. Custom FireCards™ are manufactured to order, so plan accordingly if you're working toward a launch date or event.
  • Custom artwork is front-side only. The back of every Custom Brand FireCard™ uses our standard artwork. See the carousel photos for reference.

FAQs

What file format should my artwork be in?

Tara will send you the FireCard Art Template file after your order is placed. Use that as your starting point. For best print quality, submit your final artwork as a high-resolution file (300 dpi minimum) in the format specified in the template.

If you have questions about your design, reach out to Tara before submitting and she can help make sure it's print-ready.

Can I reorder with the same artwork?

Yes! Once your artwork is on file with us, reorders are straightforward. Just place another order through the wholesale portal and let Tara know you'd like to use your existing design. No need to resubmit artwork unless you want to make changes.

Can I split my order between multiple designs?

The 150 3-Pack minimum applies per artwork design. If you'd like multiple custom designs, each would require its own minimum order. Contact us before placing your order and we can walk you through the best way to set that up.
