Shipping

By completing your payment and finalizing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

EDITING OR CANCELING AN ORDER: Due to fast processing times, changes to an order, address change, or order cancellation cannot be guaranteed after the order has been placed.

PROCESSING TIME: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing after the order is placed. Business days are Monday - Friday. Most orders will ship the following business day after the order is placed. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the items you purchased. NOTE: The shipping option you choose will only control how quickly it gets to you once it leaves our warehouse. Shipping estimation time does not begin once the order is placed.

FLAT-RATE SHIPPING: We offer USPS flat-rate shipping on all orders shipped within the U.S. Any orders over $65 within the US also qualify for free shipping via USPS. You may upgrade your order to USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express, or UPS Ground at additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International customers are responsible for paying for all customs duties. These additional duties and fees are not included in the shipping cost paid for by the customer at checkout. Customs duties vary by country and are NOT included in the shipping costs. Contact your local carrier for information and estimated customs duties costs. Any customers who refuse to pay customs duties, taxes, and/or VAT on a shipment that is required for delivery of goods in-country, will not be refunded for the shipping cost of items on their order. 

LOCATIONS AND REGULATIONS: We ship to most countries in the world. If your country is not listed or available for shipping, we can not ship there. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations and/or states within the US. It is your responsibility to know and abide by local laws and regulations that may prevent owning certain items such as concealed handcuff keys.

ORDER TRACKING:
After your order is packed and shipped from our warehouse, an email will be sent to the email address you provided during the order placement. This email will include the tracking number for you to monitor the progress of your order.

It is not uncommon for a carrier to mark an order as delivered 1 - 2 days before it is actually delivered. Be sure to check with housemates and neighbors to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages or those delayed in transit. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping and delivery address. If the wrong address is provided, Wazoo may not be able to offer reimbursement for the package.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY DELAYS:
Please note that processing delays resulting from customs, public holidays, severe weather, or courier transit errors are beyond our control. While we will make every effort to assist in resolving these issues, we are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the above mentioned terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order. Any orders will become your property at the time that they are shipped to the address provided to us, provided that we have received full payment for the order.
