Start a Return or Exchange

Quick Overview of Our Return Policy:

  • New, unused, still-in-the-package products can be returned or exchanged (minus the shipping cost) up to 30 days from the delivery date.
  • For an exchange, upon shipping the item back, please include a note with your name, order number (if available), and the new size or item you need.
  • If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), begin a return/exchange and let us know.
  • Extended holiday returns available for purchases between our Black Friday sale and December 31st (until the end of January of the following year).
  • Tried it and didn't like it? Contact us – we'll see how we can help on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy

New & Unused items

We accept returns on most unopened + unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping cost) or for store credit. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), please report the issue in our portal by clicking the button below.

Extended Holiday Returns

For purchases made between our Black Friday sale and December 31st, we offer an extended return period until the end of January in the following year, provided all other criteria are met. This allows you more time to consider your purchase and make exchanges if needed.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange sizes on new and unworn belts and any other unworn items. 

Upon shipping the item back,  please include a note with your name, order number (if available), and the new size or item you need. Once we receive your item, we’ll send out your replacement right away.

Tried It and Didn't Like It?

If you’ve tried out the gear you purchased and it’s just not working out for you, or the fit is off, etc., let’s talk. On a case-by-case basis, we’ll do what we can to get you squared away and off on the right foot.

Return or Exchange Cost

With Redo

Free Returns & Insurance (purchased at checkout):

  • No cost to return your package.
  • Choose refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • Receive a pre-paid return label through our Returns Center.

Without Redo

  • You can still submit a return through our portal.
  • The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or exchange value.

Transit Issues?

If you have a transit issue (package was not delivered, package was stolen, or package is stuck in transit), please report the issue in our portal below. We will review the case and work with you to resolve the issue.
