RETURNS, EXCHANGES & TRANSIT ISSUES
We accept returns on most unopened + unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping cost) or for store credit. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), please report the issue in our portal by clicking the button below.
We are happy to exchange sizes on new + unworn belts and any other unworn items. Upon shipping the item back, please include a note with your name, order number (if available), and the new size or item you need. Once we receive your item we’ll send out your replacement right away.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
If you selected to purchase the Redo Free Returns and Insurance Protection at the original time of checkout, then there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Once you submit a claim, you will receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
If you did not purchase the Redo Free Returns and Insurance Protection at the original time of checkout, you can still use the return portal to submit your claim, however we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from the cost of your return or exchange.
If you have a transit issue (ie. package was not delivered, package was stolen, or package is stuck in transit) please report the issue in our portal below. We will review the case and work with you to resolve the issue.
