Worry Less Guarantee

We may have a funny name, but we take product design seriously.

We strive to source the highest quality materials, put products through a rigorous testing process, and inspect the crap out of everything.

Ultimately, it allows you to worry less about the gear you're using every day.

What is covered

  • Coverage: All Wazoo products carry a “Worry Less” guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials for the practical lifetime of the product.
  • Proof of Purchase: Our warranty applies to the original owner of the product with proof of purchase from an authorized Wazoo seller or reseller. 
  • Resolution: We will repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price at our discretion.

In-Field Damage: Our gear is meant to be used without worry. If you use our gear to save your own wazoo, and it needs to be repaired or replaced due to an in-field scenario, tell us the story and send us the remnants. We’ll make sure you’re made right, so you can continue to explore your wild capability!

What's not covered

  • Products that have been modified, neglected, misused, or abused.
  • Products that were used for a purpose for which it was not intended.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
  • Normal wear and tear.

Repair of items

Damaged items not covered under warranty can usually be repaired or replaced for a reasonable cost.

Because we make some of our products in-house, we can often repair them. To see if your gear can be fixed:

  1. Get in touch with our customer support team: Contact us here.
  2. Have photos ready: Please include clear photos of the problem area so we can assess the damage.
  3. We'll assess the damage and let you know if it's something we can repair in-house.

Wazoo’s liability for warranty claims is limited to repair, replacement, or credit.  Warranty decisions are left to the discretion of the warranty assessment team.

*Bag O Crap products are excluded from Wazoo's Worry Less Warranty. Items received in a Bag O Crap are NOT applicable for replacement or exchange. All products or items in a Bag O Crap are sold "as is". Products or items received may have defects or arrive broken. Wazoo will not replace any items that appear damaged, broken, or incomplete.

Warranty Shipping Policy

  • Shipping to Wazoo HQ: Shipping and insurance costs for authorized repairs or replacements are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise instructed.
  • Shipping to Wazoo HQ (International): Shipping and customs costs for authorized repairs or replacements are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend shipping with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
  • Return Shipping to Customer (Domestic and International): We will ship repaired or replaced items using USPS First Class or similar service. If expedited shipping is preferred, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges above the First Class rate.

Wazoo will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products shipped by customers.
