Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns on most unopened, unworn, or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Wazoo does not cover the return shipping cost to send a return or exchange back.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will send a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to us.

To initiate a return please email orders@wazoogear.com and include your name, order number, and reason for return. Once we receive your request a team member will follow up with information on the next steps. Our shipping address is below.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

At checkout, you may add withdrawal coverage to your order. If you purchased withdrawal coverage, your return shipping is fully covered at no additional cost when you exercise your right of withdrawal. Please note that customers who do not purchase withdrawal coverage are responsible under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

EXCHANGES

For fast and easy exchanges please email orders@wazoosurvivalgear.com and include your name, order number, and exchange request. 

We are happy to exchange sizes on new and unworn items, all you need to do is send the item back to us. Along with the belt(s) being shipped back, please include a note with your name, order number (if available), and the size you need. 

We’ll cover the return shipping cost for all exchanges. Once we receive your belt we’ll send out your replacement right away. Our shipping address is below.

For International Order Exchanges the same process applies. We will have you ship the new, unworn item back to us. Once we receive your item(s) we will send out your replacement along with the new tracking information. For the return shipment to you, we will charge $15 to cover the cost of shipping.
