Get to know the viking whetstone
Made in the USA, our whetstones are made from genuine Arkansas novaculite. With a medium fineness, these make great general purpose stones for sharpening and tool maintenance. Every stone is hand-ground, giving it a unique pattern and coloring.

This whetstone sharpener can do it all.
Keeping knives and tools sharp while out in the field has been an issue ever since blades were first carried. The solution to this problem dates back over 1000 years, to when Iron Age Vikings introduced a compact sharpening stone that could be tied to the body and taken into the field. This ancient but tried and true tool has become our modern-day whetstone.
Worth the money
This works well for touching up my knives and to always have it with me is a plus.
Very nice I wear it around my neck and is very comfortable and convenient for sharpening my pocket knives. I would recommend it to others.
$10 more for color, not cool
This is great, but $10 more for color! Cmon. Either way, will buy more as gifts.
Love this whetstone pendant!
It looks great. I’m wearing it day and night. I even sleep with it on and shower with it. It has become a part of me. I haven’t sharpened my pocket knife yet, because the knife is fairly new, but I will be using it when the time comes.
Looks good and is a great quality tool.
