The reviews are accurate. High quality; but run small.

No extra to fold up to double over the ears, like in the photo. Nice woven wool. I wore a 7 5/8 in the Army for many years. It fits my wife much better

Great Choice for Cold Weather

This is the second cache beanie I have bought from Wazoo. My first one is still in frequent use when temperatures drop and I need something to keep my head warm. Although the wide knit pattern allows a bit more wind through it, overall it also allows for a very breathable watch cap throughout those “in-between” days. It is not an option if you are dealing with real cold with wind - think 25 degrees or less with a 15+ mph wind). You will feel the cold but it is still far better than many options. The merioo wool keeps it from being too itchy compared to many all wool options. Plus the fleece liner around the inner rim makes it extra comfy. Looking for a better than average (or many above average) choices for a new cozy beanie - buy one!
