The Spark Necklace™ is a convenient way to carry fire-starting capability wherever you go. Simply strike the ferro rod with the ceramic scraper to spark a flame in any condition.

Choose white or black ceramic scraper, 10x harder than steel. Custom designed to create sparks, scrape shavings, and cut through light material like tape and cardboard.

Ferro rod lasts for thousands of strikes and creates sparks that burn at 5500° F.

Antiqued mahogany leather strap comes with an adjustable quick release latch to allow for a perfect fit. And as always, handmade in the USA.

Lights the Stove When the Power Is Out

This was supposed to be a hide-it-away-and-use-only-in-emergencies kind of thing that my wife asked for on a whim for her birthday. Two weeks later with the power out for hours and no way to get the stove or microwave going this little guy manged to spark the stove burner alive so we could get some hot tea going for her to keep her warm. It does take a bit of 'priming' to get the paint off the metal to get the shower of sparks going, but after 8 to 10 strokes it worked well. So even around the house it is quite useful when you least expect it.
